All Far From Jozi products are printed on demand by our print partner and shipped from the fulfilment centre closest to you where possible. Shipping costs and delivery estimates for your country are shown at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
Every item is made to order, so we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped across borders may attract import duties or taxes, depending on your country's rules. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
