Refund policy

Every Far From Jozi item is printed to order just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or faulty items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Lost parcels: if your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong or incomplete address: if a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or it wasn’t collected, reshipping is at the customer’s cost.
